Appraisals and water resistance check

Legally valid appraisals, complete with official stamp and signature, issued by an expert registered with the Chamber of Commerce's Register of Experts and Consultants and appointed as a Court Technical Consultant. The water resistance check verifies correct water resistance through technical tests, according to the model's specifications.
